How to use:

  1. Add the Zinc Activator (blue cap)

    Open the green cap and pour to the 10mL mark on the provided cup.

  2. Add the Zinc Activator (blue cap)

  3. Swish for 60 seconds

    Rinse thoroughly for 60 seconds. Spit out — do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
