24-Hour Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of the original purchase date and time.
To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team and include your order number and cancellation request for prompt assistance.
If the request is received within the 24-hour period and the order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be accommodated, as orders may have already entered the processing or shipping stage. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy, if applicable.
We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests that fall outside of this policy or when an order has progressed beyond the cancellation stage.
